1. Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in original packaging (unless item arrived defective or damaged).
  • Products that are personalized, perishable, or clearly marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return: giftgadgetsusa2025@gmail.com.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely (include all original accessories and packaging) and ship using the provided instructions.

3. Returns & Shipping

We provide clear guidance depending on the return reason:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival: If the item is defective or damaged in transit, Luxury Gents LLC will cover return shipping costs and replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.
  • Change of mind / unwanted item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in original condition.
  • Missing parts: If parts are missing, contact support and we will ship replacements or process a partial refund as appropriate.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return requirements:

  • We will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges

If you need a replacement for the same item, please contact support. Exchanges are handled as a new order and depend on stock availability.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless defective:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Perishable goods or items clearly marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Products that have been substantially used or damaged by the customer

7. Lost or Missing Returns

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Luxury Gents LLC is not responsible for returned items lost in transit if a tracked method was not used, unless we agreed to provide a prepaid return label.

8. Refund Exceptions & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases of:

  • Item not returned in original condition
  • Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • Significant wear or damage caused after delivery

9. Processing & Shipping Time (Reference)

For context on how returns interact with our shipping schedule:

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) are processed the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping time: Once processed, orders are delivered in approximately 4–7 business days. Total delivery time (processing + transit) is typically 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping method & costs: All orders ship using our Free Shipping method and we currently ship only within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

10. How We Handle Disputes

If you are not satisfied with a return decision, contact customer support with your order number. We will review the case promptly. If needed, we will escalate to a manager for final review.
