Using this site
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Products, descriptions, and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including capacity, certification, and compatibility. Product photography is representative; packaging and cartridge revisions change from time to time.
Compatibility information is a guide. You are responsible for confirming that a filter matches the model your refrigerator requires before installing it. If you are unsure, email us before you open the packaging and we will help you check.
All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Brand names and trademarks
GE, Everydrop, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, JennAir, and all other brand and model names are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used on this site only to identify the appliances a filter fits, or the manufacturer of the filter. Use of a brand name does not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by that manufacturer, except where a product is expressly described as genuine manufacturer stock.
Pricing and errors
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order was already confirmed. We will always contact you first.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or cannot verify the shipping address, and we will refund any payment taken.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment information you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty disclaimer
Except where a manufacturer warranty applies, and except as required by law, products are supplied as is. We do not warrant that a filter will remove any specific contaminant from your particular water supply beyond the certifications stated by the manufacturer on the product itself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including property damage arising from incorrect installation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
